Can You Hear Me Now?

Outfit #1

She's wearing:

  • A super cute cheetah print tank
  • Black studded tank underneath with orange trim
  • Black leggings
  • Black converse
  • Her signature necklace

Her hair:

With this cute simple look, Aria is sporting big beautiful waves. Unlike her usual hairstyle, it is curled all the way down to the ends, which is gorgeous and glamorous and easy to achieve. Follow these steps and you will have Aria's waves in no time at all!
  1. As always, section your hair off.
  2. Heat up a curling wand.
  3. Wrap a piece of hair (1-2 inches thick) around the curling wand all the way down to the end. For this look, wrap the hair away from the face for voluminous waves.
  4. Hold for 15-30 seconds depending on the thickness of your hair.
  5. Let the piece of hair go, and repeat with the rest of your hair.
  6. Now you should have thick, romantic waves like Aria's. :)
Outfit #2

She's wearing:
  • A short sleeved mixed fabrics top - green floral print, peach trim and olive pleated silk
  • A (shoooort!) denim mini
  • A chunky belt
  • Black beaded necklace
  • Black ankle boots - which I believe are the same ones she sported at last episode's party and the funeral in the pilot
  • Black socks with a strange rectangular print(????)/rectangular shapes cut out(?????)
  • Black string necklace
Her hair:

Aria's hair with this look is slightly wavy, but not nearly as polished as her previous look. My thoughts are is she curled it and then brushed it out. Cute!

  1. Section off hair and heat up curling iron.
  2. Wrap a piece of hair around the curling iron.
  3. Hold for 15-20 seconds.
  4. Release.
  5. Repeat with rest of hair.
  6. Taking a comb, gently comb through the curls to get Aria's brushed out subtle waves.
Outfit #3

 She's wearing:
  • Brown leather jacket (I believe she wore this one in the Pilot)
  • Seafoam green dress with a cute pink butterfly print and a black petticoat
  • Black socks
  • Black studded belt
  • Her signature leather boots
  • A couple of necklaces
Hair:

This look is one of my favourite's of Aria's in Season 1A. The dress is gorgeous, her makeup is flawless and her hair is beautiful too. To achieve her subtle gorgeous waves, follow the steps below.
  • Section off hair and heat up curling iron.
  • Wrap a piece of hair around the curling iron.
  • Hold for 15-20 seconds.
  • Release.
  • Repeat with rest of hair.
  • Taking a comb, gently comb through the curls to get Aria's brushed out subtle waves.

Hope you enjoyed this post, bitches.

To Kill a Mocking Girl

Outfit #1

She's wearing:
  • A super cute white sleeveless dress with butterfly print and a yellow tulle detail
  • A studded leather waistcoat
  • Yellow and blue belts
  • A necklace
  • Black handbag
  • Some red, black and yellow cuff bracelets
Her hair:
Aria's sporting some very lovely curls with this outfit, but they don't look nearly as polished as Spencer's or Hanna's signature hollywood tresses. Her hair's been curled, but not curled at the ends. If you look closely, you'll be able to see what I mean. Her waves start at about her chin, and end about 1 or 2 inches above the actual ends of her hair. This look is really cute and super obtainable.

  1. Make sure you've sectioned off a layer of your hair and applied heat protectant to the section you're working with.
  2. Heat up a curling iron.
  3. Take a piece of hair, only about 1 inch thick and wrap it around the curling iron, but when you get to about 1-2 cm away from the end of the hair, don't wrap the rest around the iron.
  4. Hold for about 15-20 seconds.
  5. Release and do this with the rest of the hair you're working with. Then release the top section and curl that too.
  6. Now you should have Aria's messy waves.

Outfit #2

She's wearing:
  • Grey empire line top with pretty gold lace above the bust (Sorry, crap description but my vocabulary for this top is very limited, when I look at it, only one word comes to mind: AMAZING!)
  • Gold chain necklace
  • Grey-black skinnies
  • Grey and black stripy socks
  • Brown boots
  • Black handbag
  • Gold bracelets
  • AWESOME feather earring

Outfit #3 - Party & Gallery

She's wearing:

  • Black dress with patterny sleeves and above-bust area (yes, I'm cruddy at describing this type of above bust pattern type top)
  • Silver necklace with a little tassle
  • Silver collar necklace with black string
  • Sequined cross body bag
  • Black wristband
  • Silver cuff bracelet
  • Black lace knee-highs
  • Black ankle boots (same as the ones she wore for the funeral)

  • Black belt
  • Denim shorts
  • Black kneehighs
  • Her signature brown leather boots

(I'm sorry for these repeated hair tutorials, it's just that Aria's hair is mostly always like this)

Hope you enjoyed this post, bitches.

The Jenna Thing

Outfit #1

She's wearing:

  • Her signature silver pendant
  • A plain blue tank top
  • A zip-up (?) black and white striped vest (?) thing (????)
  • Black skirt
  • Black knee-highs
  • Black and white ballet flats
  • Cute grey handbag
Her hair:

Curled with uncurled ends.

Outfit #2

She's wearing:

  • Grey and blue striped v-neck tee
  • Purple tee
  • Black leather jacket
  • A subtle pendant necklace
  • Her signature big pendant necklace
  • A sequined cross-body bag
  • Jeans (her full outfit isn't shown but I can assume she's wearing either jeans or a denim mini)
Her hair:

Curled.

Outfit #3

She's wearing:

  • A dark grey-blue raincoat with gorgeous flowery lining
  • A gold necklace
  • A plain orange long-sleeved top
  • A long-sleeved grey crop top
  • A thick brown belt
  • A brown tribal print skirt
  • Brown stripy socks
  • Brown leather boots
  • Bangles
  • A black handbag
Her hair:

Since it's pouring down with rain in this scene (the perfect setting for a beautiful romantic Ezria kiss - in my opinion one of Ezria's most epic moments), Aria's hair is wet. Now, if you're going for the full monty with this look, I'd suggest you do it on a rainy day, because cruising down the street with dripping wet hair when the sun is beating down may look slightly odd. So my suggestion is, let the rain do the work if you want this exact hair look that won't look crazy. But otherwise, just straighten your hair. Or if it's straight naturally, that's fine.

Hope you enjoyed this post, bitches.

Pilot

Outfit #1

She's wearing:
  • Marc by Marc Jacobs "Circus Paisley" dress
  • Brown leather boots
  • Leather jacket (see below)
  • A couple of simple silver necklaces
  • A gold ring
  • A black bracelet

Her hair:

In this scene (and throughout all this episode), Aria's hair is straight, silky smooth on top, whereas starting at about her chin, the bottom is textured. To achieve this look, either use a flat iron and straighten the hair until you get to your chin, where you will flip the iron over, then finish with salt spray to achieve textured, beachy hair, OR, you can curl the ends very roughly with a curling iron, then mess it up with some salt spray.

Outfit #2

She's wearing:

  • A stripy cardigan
  • Numerous necklaces, all layered on top of each other
  • A burgundy top
  • It looks like she's carrying two bags! One of them is a smallish brown satchel, while the other is grey and a lot bigger
  • Dark denim wash skinnies
  • Brown leather boots
Her hair:

See post for Outfit #1.

She's wearing:

  • Brown satchel
  • Her signature leather jacket
  • A few bracelets
  • A silver necklace
Her hair:

See post for Outfit #1.
